Booking & payment
Terms in plain
English.
Here’s a summary of how billing and class attendance work at Dance Capital. The full, current legal terms live on our booking portal.
Monthly payment
We charge for all classes via monthly payment. You insert your card details once, and payment is taken on the 1st of every month in advance of lessons.
We chose this approach because it's the most convenient and affordable for parents, and lets us keep admin to a minimum so we can focus on teaching.
Six-term year
The school year is split into six terms. Term 6 is the shortest, so payments for those months are smaller. Monthly payments are paused during July; no payment is taken that month, and billing resumes on 1 August when the new term begins.
Joining mid-term
If you join part-way through a term, you'll only pay for the classes you actually attend, via our online payment system.
Missed classes
Class fees are required regardless of absence. However, if your child misses a lesson they are welcome to attend one of our other branches for a catch-up class.
Sibling discount
A sibling discount is applied to families with more than one child enrolled — additional siblings receive a 10% discount.
Safeguarding
All Dance Capital teachers hold current DBS checks and are first-aid certified, with all relevant health and safety qualifications in place.
